Alleged rapist fears other rapists in jail

The accused, Thatayaone Nka dubbed ‘Forest Evil’, because he allegedly raped most of his victims in the bush told the Principal Magistrate, Dumisani Basupi that there were lots of fights in prison by some people who wanted to have unlawful sex with him.
Nka’s lawyer, Morris Ndawana said the case was initially set for a case management conference but he was constrained to proceed with it because the substantive attorney in the matter, Mboni Manyothwane was in the United States of America (USA). Basupi set the matter for April 14 for a case management conference.
