An apparent change of heart within the Directorate of Public Prosecutions yesterday handed freedom to two men linked and charged with the murder of Fairground Holdings CEO, Michael Montshiwa.

Appearing before Village Magistrate Ike Raphael, the duo was finally able to secure bail after several unsuccessful attempts since their arrest in December. Bail was set at P10,000.

Having previously argued successfully that Tumelo Tshukudu and Bampoloki Seeiso should stay behind bars while investigations continue, the state, through prosecutor, Ernest Mosate yesterday said that they no longer oppose bail for the accused men.
