Only one Matsha College student remains at the Princess Marina Hospital (PMH) after her schoolmates, who were admitted following last year’s tragic accident, were discharged last Friday.

The hospital announced this week that 35 students have been discharged, while the remaining one is still in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). PMH communications and public relations manager, Donnell Kutlapye told Mmegi  that the remaining student is showing gradual improvement despite being in the ICU for so long.

He said that another student was sent for a check-up in South Africa and has since returned while another one has been put on home leave.
