Activists Condemn Pregnancy Sacking

Gender and human rights activists have slammed reports that the new radio station, Duma FM has sacked a female employee because she is pregnant.

Gender activist, Keabonye Ntsabane, said it is shocking if the woman was fired for her pregnancy. She added that if this is the case, a lot of women are going to be disadvantaged. 

"If you are pregnant you need to eat so if you are fired, how are you expected to survive?," she asked.
