Zaron Cosmetics sets up in Botswana

As the cosmetic industry grows worldwide, the Zaron Cosmetics is one of the make-up companies that produces beauty products for women of colour and is finally coming to the country.

The Zaron Cosmetics and Aesthetic and Beauty Industry Council Botswana (ABICOB) had a collaboration brunch hosted by Miss Botswana at Protea Masa Hotel on Saturday. When addressing the attendants, Zaron Cosmetics business development manager, Amen Ajayi said she was very excited that their beauty products are finally going to be sold in Botswana.

She encouraged cosmetics lovers to enjoy the products as they are made for women of colour. Ayayi also said the products are ideal for different skin types. "Zaron is the fastest growing cosmetics brand made by a woman of colour for a woman of colour. The brand was conceived in Leeds, United Kingdom, in 2010 and launched in Lagos, Nigeria in 2011. Since then, the Zaron brand expanded from Nigeria to 16 other countries such as UK, Kenya, United States of America, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Republic of Benin, South Africa, Namibia, Togo and Gambia. In line with our vision to be the leading lifestyle brand of choice for all the people, we aspire to contribute to improving the quality of lives of people by developing and distributing high quality and affordable lifestyle products that enhance confidence and inner peace," she said.
