Tebbie works up church service

When she was called to come to the stage to give her Independence Day celebrations message, the audience burst into deafening cheers and screams. Gospel artist Tebbie Sethomo, nearly stole the show and turn the event into a live performance as the audience went wild and camera phones started flashing on Sunday morning at Boipuso Hall. The event was Independence Combined Service.

Before Sothomo sang, she delievered her message, more especially to the youth, who she said should work hard to help the country grow and develop.

She told the congregation that she was so happy to be among them because she knows the event was controlled by God. She said Botswana has been blessed since independence in 1966. She stated that Botswana should be proud of 47 years of peace and tranquility.
