Organisers of Taste of Mokwena have set the annual cultural event to be held for the first time on March 26, 2022, at Dome Spring Gardens in Molepolole.

Founder Pako William Mosimanegape said they have invited President Mokgweetsi Masisi to officiate at the event expected to start at 10am.

According to Mosimanegape, Tswana cuisine would be served to VIP and silver ticket holders. He, however, explained that the traditional beer and ginger (gemere) will be given for free. He added that the activities of the day include different cultural music, folklore poems and traditional games.
