Shanay bounces back with Tleke Serowe

Hip hop artist, Neo Maruatona, popularly known as Shanay, has bounced back into music industry with the release of his new single titled Tleke Serowe. The track was released last Saturday on RB2’s 180 Experience show hosted by Tetlo Tsile.

Shanay, who had gone into hibernation after the release of the Autograph mix tape, said the track title refers to a common attention-grabbing laughter in our society. 

The artist has moved away from traditional hip-hop and has used a different sound on the single. The song is a fusion of tribal house, with hints of hip hop. He features Vivite Boys and traditional artist Spencer Kemaketse.
