Nyoni establishes music act

Music director and artist, Leroy Nyoni has established a Pop, RnB and rap music act titled The Power of One. Along with other artists he will produce a live-recorded musical to be released this year.

“The Power of One is a live music group, whose act centers around the founder myself, but continues to grow with other talented local artists and musicians who will show face from time to time,” Nyoni said.

The first single from the act was released a few days ago with vocalist Nnete ‘Izvare’ Lubinda singing and rapping on an RnB ballad titled Lesedi. The single was composed by Nyoni and mastered by Francois ‘FAT’ Titus.

A promising step for public schools, but...

For too long, the state of many public schools has been a source of shame. We have all seen the pictures and heard the stories of broken windows, unreliable water and electricity, topped by classrooms that are not fit for proper learning. The establishment of the Education Infrastructure and Management Company Ltd (EIMC) signals that authorities are finally ready to take this problem seriously. We must commend the government for this initiative....
