Most wanted smuggler hot pursuit

The Transporter: Refueled stormed cinemas this past weekend. Frank Martin, played by Ed Skrein, delivers some of that martial arts action while aiding and abetting the most sought-after fugitives of organised crime. The action includes high-speed hot pursuits with the police. Transporter: Refueled follows Transporter 3 (2008) starring Jason Statham.

Former special forces mercenary, Frank Martin, lands another tough job, when things get complicated when femme fatale, Anna and her three accomplices orchestrate a bank heist and the kidnapping of Frank’s father. It’s all part of a grand plan to take down a sinister Russian kingpin who victimised her years earlier. Now a pawn in her vengeful scheme, the former special forces mercenary must use his covert skills to play Anna’s dangerous game. This fascinating storyline is a retcon that alters events of the previous three editions. As seen in Transporter: Refueled Frank lives with his father, unlike in Jason Statham’s Transporter chapters; this paves way for a whole new dimension of story telling.
