Speaking to Showbiz, the organiser of the show Gaolatlhe Keedimetse said that Mashabela, is a crowd-pleaser who does not only tell jokes, but also makes people laugh more than most comedians do.  “Mashabela is emerging as one of the hottest comedians in the scene and one of the most accomplished and hardest working.  He is a natural comedian, born to be an entertainer and has a couple of DVDs and awards under his belt,” he said. Keedimetse also mentioned that Mashabela performs regularly at all of the mainstream comedy clubs in SA and is nominated for the 2014 South Africa Comic Choice Awards. Bringing him here will help other struggling local comedians to learn from him and improve their skills.
