Miss Botswana, Lesego Chombo, has been prominently positioned as number nine on popular beauty pageant vlogger, Alvin Sebertero's 6th leaderboard for Miss World 2023.

In a recent interview with MmegiOnline, Ambrosia Samboko, the spokesperson for Miss Botswana, said the endorsement of Sebertero further solidifies Chombo's position as a formidable contender for the Miss World 2023 competition. "Lesego is ready for the journey to begin, and we can't wait to have her represent our blue, black, and white nation," said Samboko. Samboko expressed unwavering confidence in Chombo's readiness to take on the challenge of Miss World 2023.

The spokesperson highlighted the tireless efforts of the Miss Botswana organisation in preparing Chombo for the global stage, emphasising their strong social media presence and visibility as frontrunners in the competition. "We have been working tirelessly to prepare for the world stage, and at this point, we can confidently say that we are ready to take on the 71st Miss World stage," Samboko stated. "It is crucial for the nation to unite and contribute to Lesego's success on the global stage," Samboko urged.
