It's donate a book drive for Bandleng Kiddies fest

As they embark on a drive to donate notebooks to various schools in Lobatse and surroundings, organisers of the Bandleng Kiddies Fest & Family Fun Day will host an event on April 13, at the Lobatse Town Park.

The event will be headlined by Botswana’s most decorated musician, Vee Mampeezy. One of the event organisers, Mpheme Mmolai of Lobatse Online Radio, recently told the media that Bandleng Kiddies fest has a community social responsibility to assist in whatever capacity possible.

Mmolai said they will plead with all stakeholders to donate notebooks to various schools in Lobatse. Everyone who cherishes the importance of education in their child’s life should take part in the event, said Mmolai. “It takes a community to raise a child.
