"We were inspired to ensure that the intangible and tangible cultural heritage of the San people is preserved, documented, promoted, and celebrated," says Bono Mmusi, the festival's coordinator. The event is a labor of love, aimed at creating economic opportunities for the San communities while promoting their unique culture.
