Facebook is the new age’s fountain of friendship and business relations’ platform. Well, though Facebook is a technological advancement it also has its downside as you might know that not every friend request is friendly.

Some requests are from stalkers, some fake whilst others trouble written or criminal. Central Intelligence comedy takes us on this journey of some of such unlikeliest of friendships.  This movie is a 2016 action comedy starring action icon Dwayne The Rock Johnson synonymous for epic blockbusters like (Fast and Furious 7, Hercules) alongside him is stand up comedian Kevin Hart (Get Hard, Think Like A Man). This was the first time the two worked together and they clash to bring us this crazy action meets comedy scenario.

“Central Intelligence follows a one-time bullied geek who grew up to be a lethal CIA agent (Johnson), coming home for his high school reunion. Claiming to be on a top-secret case, he enlists the help of a former “big man on campus” (Hart), now an accountant who misses his glory days. But before the staid numbers-cruncher realises what he’s getting into it’s too late to get out, as his increasingly unpredictable new friend drags him through a world of shoot-outs, double-crosses and espionage that could get them both killed in more ways than he can count”. This film lit up cinema because the same director who also gave you the comedy Were the Millers, directed it. Rawson Marshall Thurber seems to have a knack for hilarious story lines. In this one, he gives movie fanatics a buddy cop film in the same mould as comedies like Ride Along and Let’s Be Cops (2016 and 2014) respectively.

That this method, designed for small-scale, efficient purchases, now accounts for a staggering 25% (P8 billion) of total procurement value is not a sign of agility, but a 'red flag'. The PPRA’s warning is unequivocal and must be...
