In an effort to aid the revival of the dwindling fortunes of gospel music in the country, the Melody Gospel TV Show, a singing talent competition meant to search and unearth the next gospel stars, has launched season two of the TV show in association with Old Naledi Makgasa Children’s Centre.

The Melody Gospel TV Show season two was launched last Thursday following a successful season one, which was won by Mooketsi Gaontebale in April 2017. The talent search show airs on Btv.

At the launch, BOSETU Funeral Scheme (BOFUS) was announced as one of this year’s sponsors. They are providing a general sponsorship worth P100, 000. Other sponsors include Travellers Choice (P300, 000) and T-Connect from South Africa.
