Itse Mageba Tours will be hosting Kgalagari Military Music Festival at Maboane in Kweneng District this coming Saturday (July 30) with the aim to bring something different and leisure to the Bakgalagadi community living there.

In a recent press briefing, the founder and event coordinator Tebogo Kgaodi said they hosted a number of shows in Gaborone previously but they found it important to take their events to remote areas so that children and adults there could also enjoy what those in the cities and surrounding areas enjoy.

He added that the event will also benefit locals, as 85% of residents will be sold stalls that will generate income for them and their families. “This event is meant to bring change to residents from Maboane and nearby villages such as Lotlhakane.
