After three decades in the industry, South Africa-based Motswana disc jockey Thato Sikwane popularly known as Dj Fresh is still a fan favorite.
This was evident during his performance at the Toyota Desert Race’s Don't Spoil it campaign show on Saturday at Molapo Piazza.
The 5FM deejay played a mixture of old and modern hits and his performance proved very popular with the fans.
The campaign is an activation mood to the Desert race, which will be held this next weekend in Jwaneng.
Other acts of the day included the pint sized king of kwaito kwasa 0dirile 'Vee' Sento who the younger section of the crowd could not get enough of as they kept chasing and imitating his energetic dances.
Shumba Ratshega took the crowd on a cultural music journey with hits such as Makhirikhiri, Ke thala dinte and Ke kgweetsa nkuku. Ntirelang Berman also dished his melodic folk songs.
Hip hop fans also got a taste of their favorite sound as Zeus pushed the bar high. His two-hour performance left many calling for more as the former Big Brother House contestant closed the event in grand style.
