DJ Cupid eyes music production

Urban music club DJ Laone ‘DJ Cupid’ Moala has set her sights on music production and is looking forward to recording her own tunes.

The 23-year-old known as the Queen of RnB and Hip Hop told Showbiz that she is broadening her music career by venturing into music production.  She is working on a compilation of songs to be released in the foreseeable future.

“Currently I am working on a track with a couple of artists who I cannot mention at the moment.   The track will be released in the coming months,” she said. DJ Cupid said before the release of her compilation album, she will release a number of tracks as a build up. The artist, who is signed under Marked Men Records alongside rappers Chub Heightz and VH, said in her productions she will add some creativity and come up with her own signature sound. “As a club DJ I want to make club music and a little bit of Sunday chilled Hip Hop that you listen to while relaxed at home,” she said. The Queen of RnB and Hip Hop who presents The Champion Mix on Yarona fm revealed that she has added more creativity to her sets by including visual mixes.
