ATI on memory lane with Cassette

With a number of rappers making hits with samples from the 80s and 90s classics reminiscing the olden days controversial rapper Atlasaone ‘ATI’ Molemogi has followed the trend with a new release Cassette.

Cassette is ATI’s second single from his upcoming sophomore album Envelope that is set for release this year. The track was released last week and it premiered on a number of radio stations.

Even though it is not a sample like most current tracks, the song has a touch and feel of the olden days. The beat produced by Lif Aman has the feel good summer sound and the lyrics reminds one of the olden days lifestyle.

A promising step for public schools, but...

For too long, the state of many public schools has been a source of shame. We have all seen the pictures and heard the stories of broken windows, unreliable water and electricity, topped by classrooms that are not fit for proper learning. The establishment of the Education Infrastructure and Management Company Ltd (EIMC) signals that authorities are finally ready to take this problem seriously. We must commend the government for this initiative....
