Alliance Française hosts series cultural events

A non-profit making association that promotes language and culture, Alliance Française Gaborone is celebrating the international week of Francophone by hosting a series of activities for the week, including a music concert.

This year’s celebration theme is, “The French language, connecting for action”. This celebration week provides an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the French language; its diversity, influence and impact locally and globally.

Alliance Française assistant librarian and cultural coordinator, Lesego Keeng told Arts & Culture in an interview that the annual Francophone event celebrates French speaking.
