Gov’t denies ruling out salary adjustments
Government has dismissed claims that it has already decided not to increase salaries for public officers during the 2026–2027 financial year, saying no negotiations have taken place and the process for determining any adjustments has not yet begun. The clarification was made by the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) in a press statement.
