Sama-Phaleche: An eyesore of Jwaneng

JWANENG: The stench from the sewage caused by blocked drains literally greets Sama-Phaleche visitors in Jwaneng. As you join the road that goes between the two fuel stations towards the hospital, there are cream and green small houses, which one can be forgiven for calling a ghetto within a town.

The name Sama-Phaleche literally means that one sleeps with his food inside his small room.  It is not a usual place of adobe, let alone mentioning the hygiene.  The rooms are too small to fit two beds, with no electricity and plenty of overcrowding.

Situated next to the two shopping malls, it is literally in view of the people.
