BHC encourages a healthy living

These were the guiding words at the Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC) Wellness Expo 2010 last Friday. Guest speaker, Oggie Maruapula, who is also a BHC board member encouraged people to change their habits in relation to what they eat, emphasising that health is something that concerns everyone.

"Have a purposeful life while you are still alive.  There is no need for rigidity in life; in life you must relax, you must have a day for relaxing and be natural," emphasised Maruapula.
