The real test is in the doing, not the saying

In the world of law and politics, words are often the cheapest currency of all. This week, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Kgosietsile Ngakaagae, stood before the press in Gaborone and said all the right things. He spoke of prosecutorial independence, promised to pursue high-profile cases without fear or favour. He insisted that no individual is above the law.
