'Translate Productivity Awareness Into Action'

The Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC) held a two-day national production convention themed "Turning Challenges into Opportunities - the Journey Continues" at the Phakalane Golf Estate Hotel last week

Participants were drawn from the government, the private sector, labour organisations and civil society. The aim of the convention was to share productivity information with stakeholders in the national productivity movement, promote networking among participating organisations, and facilitate benchmarking.

One of the facilitators was University of Botswana academic Happy Siphambe, who presented a report on Botswana's quality workforce while Dr Phumzile Magagula-Thobokwe of BNPC made a briefing on Botswana's international competitiveness.
