SELEBI-PHIKWE: The Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS) has witnessed an overwhelmingly positive response from the public to their recently launched e-services initiative.

Speaking to Mmegi Business during the e-services awareness workshop here recently, BURS representative, Nelson Gombani said taxpayers are happy with this new development, which is an effective solution to long queues and other inconveniences that they have been experiencing in the department.

He further stated that the initiative enables taxpayers to apply for tax registration, view their tax information online and to submit Value Added Tax (VAT) returns electronically, amongst others.
