Shell signs gas deal with China

The Anglo-Dutch energy giant will partner China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) in the project.
The deal follow's this week's joint bid with PetroChina, owned by CNPC, for Australia's Arrow Energy gas company.
Whilst celebrating milestones in inclusivity, with notably P5 billion awarded to vulnerable groups, the report sounds a 'siren' on a dangerous and growing trend: the ballooning use of micro-procurement.
