Puma Energy to establish more fuel routes

* Company has US$500 million investment plans in Africa

Puma Energy will capitalise on its networks in Mozambique and Namibia to help Government boost the nation's fuel reserve and open new sources and routes in those countries, company executives have said.

The Swiss-based petroleum giant recently sealed a P1.9 billion takeover of BP's assets in southern Africa, which include BP Botswana, positioning it to become the newest and largest fuel retailer in Botswana once regulatory approvals for the sale are granted.
