New Samsung smartphone hits Botswana stores

The much anticipated Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone has finally hit the stores in Botswana.

Samsung Electronics Company, a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies launched its latest gadget in Botswana through the Samsung Brand Store last week on Thursday. Speaking at the launch, Samsung Electronics Country Manager, Mokgethi Magapa said Samsung was the biggest manufacture and seller of cellphones in the world and it was proud to bring Galaxy S3 to Botswana as the country together with South Africa they are the biggest consumer of Samsung products in Southern Africa. Magapa said they are very excited to finally bring the highly anticipated handset to Batswana, as it will enable customers to enjoy the most seamless and human-centric experiences.  "I believe that the unique features incorporated in the Galaxy S3 will create a new level of Smartphone experience and will be especially loved by consumers in Botswana, and it will redefine our interaction with smartphones as we know," said Magapa. The Galaxy S3 is being launched across the world and is expected to give local attendees the chance to get first hand-on moment with the new handset and the opportunity to trial some of the ground breaking features.  Expanding the function of the new gadget, Tanya Fouch, Product Manager for Southern Africa described the Galaxy S3 as the most intelligent, easy to use and great smartphone from the Samsung Company. She said she believes technology should be a little smarter but simple which the Galaxy S3 is offering.

Fouch said the Galaxy S3 allows natural interface which enhances the interaction experience between the device and the user as it is smart enough to detect one's face, voice and motions and it adapts to individual user in providing more convenient and natural experience.
