The Tanzanian subsidiary of Turnstar Holdings Limited Group, Mlimani Holdings Limited, has contributed P94.9 million to the total group revenue of P223.1 million. This represents a 42.2% contribution for the year ended January 31, 2014. The group consists of Mlimani Holdings and Botswana operations Turnstar Holdings Limited and Island View (Property Limited).

Mlimani paid a dividend of P15.8 million to the holding company, for the year end 31 January 2014. The company stated that Mlimani City Tanzania would be expanded to include additional retail and commercial space including basement parking, additions to the conference centre and a Botanical garden.

“The additional space is fully pre let,” states the company.
