MFDP Hosts Development Forum

The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning through the Population and Development Coordination Section (PDC), in collaboration with UNDP are organising a Stakeholder Consultative Forum on the Post-2015 Development Agenda on the 2nd–3rd September 2014 at Fairgrounds Holdings.

The aim of the forum is to sensitise stakeholders on the ongoing consultations, at global, regional and national level, and more importantly to build consensus on the new development agenda.

The new agenda succeeds the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which come to an end on 31st December 2015, as the global framework for engagement in development.
