At some stage, every structure needs some repairing or restoration but finding professionals to do the maintanance at home can be a challenge as one might expose their properties to criminals masquerading as repairmen.

According to a serial entrepreneur, Matshego Lethola, the profession does have loopholes and needs to be regulated, hence the reason why his company’ Home Assist comes in handy.

Lethola who bought Home Assist, a company that has been operating for more than seven years from its owner last year, told Monitor Business that consistent property maintenance is essential for property management.
