Kenyan Airways (KQ) has stated that their network planning team is looking into recently received suggestions to improve connectivity from Botswana to destinations in Asia such as Bangkok, Dubai, Bombay and Hong Kong.

Speaking at the Airline’s travel agents awards, KQ Country Manager, Juliet Zintambila stated they are also actively exploring the possibility of having daily flights into and out of Botswana. 

Zintambila stated that they value their customers’ support, and constantly seek to obtain feedback on their service offering. This goes a long way in assisting them identify opportunities to improve.   She assured that comments, suggestions, feedback that they constantly receive from customers, are always carefully considered.   “Our customers are the reason for our existence,” she said, further revealing that they have also been offering good competitive fares for students, government, and missionaries; also for traders to the Far East as well as expatriates. “Our five weekly flights to Gaborone are now well established,” she said.
