Incredible connections opens new store

Speaking at the opening of the new store at Airport Junction mall last Thursday, Nell said that the mall will increase their exposure.The regional operations manager said that their Riverwalk Shopping Centre branch is doing very well and they will be able to analyse the financial viability of the new store after a few months. Incredible Connections sells electronic gadgets, offers technical support, facilitates the repair process and does upgrades. Further, the store offers the complete solution as customers can buy a computer, software and accessories in one place. Incredible Connections employs 17 people at Riverwalk and 20 at Airport Junction.

"Our staff members do not necessarily have to hold tertiary qualifications. We prefer people with IT knowledge and we offer training in certain skills.  The store also offers product training where the staff members learn about various products that are on shelves," he said On the other hand, the company also facilitates the process for the staff to enroll into tertiary institutions.
