As part of its mandate to attract foreign direct investment to the country, on Tuesday the Botswana Investment Trade Centre (BITC) launched the first episode of a television show that will market business in Botswana.

‘Doing Buisiness in Botswana’ airs weekly on CNBC Africa (channel 410). The 20-minute programme will be aired every Tuesday at 6:30pm with repeats of the same programme on Wednesdays at 9:30pm.

The program provides an in-depth look into the local business turf and business development dynamics in Botswana. It highlights the investment opportunities that Botswana has to offer, and it is hoped will lure international investors.
