Are you financially stressed?

I don’t know what to do. I’m so stressed, I’m not sleeping properly. I’m tempted to do something I know I shouldn’t. Can I run away from this? Is there any way out? In these times, where stress is an everyday reality, we must learn to identify and understand the stress in our lives. If we don’t deal with the stresses in our lives and the causes of them, they will start to affect our health. One of the main causes of stress in our lives today is financial stress.

A recent study revealed that borrowing to pay debt was the largest cause of financial stress, followed by lack of money skills and living beyond ones means. The high costs of living came at the bottom of the list, after having too many dependents.
