Air Botswana is reaching out for more citizen-led partnerships that enhance entrepreneurial value, with agreements unveiled this week with the Gaborone City Investment Company and Soft Landings Concierge.

The arrangement with Soft Landings Concierge allows the citizen-led business to manage the airline’s refurbished Pula Lounge at Sir Seretse Khama International Airport, providing high-class services and experience for international travellers.

The deal with the Gaborone City Investment Company is for the development of the new meal boxes on flights that serve both as a catering solution and also as a gateway to the city and the opportunities it offers. Each box features a QR code that links passengers to a digital directory, providing convenient access to businesses, services, attractions, accommodation, restaurants, entertainment venues, and places of interest in and around Gaborone.
