Canadian explorer, Hana Mining, has kicked off the new year with a bang, having recently secured US$4 million (P26.7 million) towards further drilling and the commencement of a scoping study on the company's copper and silver project in Ghanzi.

Previous studies have estimated that the Ghanzi project could have two billion tonnes of copper and 34.9 million ounces of silver, from 60.4 million tonnes.
