Reliable sources say the judge is going to be biased in my matter

Dear Gaone I was unfairly dismissed recently. I just lodged my matter at court. Reliable sources have now told me that I am going to lose my case as the judge who is handling my matter is pro employer and anti- employee. I am very concerned. The court is my only place of refuge from the injustices perpetrated by my employer against me. Now if the reports I heard about the judge are true, I will remain a victim of injustice. Will the judge be fair in my matter?
