For generations, mayonnaise has been the quiet, dependable sauce of the family menu. It is a true comfort food, we assumed the wheel could not be redesigned, that the soft, tangy baseline of our shared upbringing had reached its evolutionary peak.

It was a homestead staple, as permanent and predictable as the morning sun. Yet, true innovation often comes not from replacing what we love, but from understanding how a single nudge can completely shift our perspective.
