Thapong arranges art workshop

Thapong Visual Arts Centre in collaboration with Barclays Bank of Botswana, will host a painting/drawing workshop for artists in the North to be held at Supa Ngwao Museum in Francistown on March 22-27.

The workshop, which started in 2008 and made possible by funding from Barclays, aims  to discover talent, develop, promote, strengthen interaction and networking amongst local artists.

This workshop is one of the efforts to build capacity and encourage artists to improve their skills to be able to offer competitive products to the market and making a living out of their artworks.
