Vocally gifted Tshegofatso Serite, made her maiden big stage act in a solo concert on Friday at Maitisong Hall.

Her Friday performance marked her first solo big stage appearance in song; in this platform that has contributed massively to the development of the art.  One thing looks certain for the debutant, she seems destined for big things.

The Maun sensation spotted a black dress with stilettos every shoe lover would like on her feet. The Jennifer Hudson-inspired singer did seven numbers in her first set.  Tshegofatso did among others, Because of You,  with zest.  Another piece that amazed the audience was In The Arms Of An Angel.  Cedric Ncube played his guitar with gusto.  Tshegofatso opened the second half with Jennifer Hudson's, To Love Somebody,  now in a beautiful red dress.  If Hudson were to hear her sing, she would have been very proud, for the gal did the classic justice.
