Young Molepolole artist, Kenny Ketshotseng is currently holding a solo exhibition at Kgosi Kgari Sechele II Museum in Molepolole.

Ketshotseng, who told Showbiz during an interview that he worked hard to come up with the more than 20 pieces, said he felt it was high time he held a solo exhibition where people could better appreciate his works as an individual artist. Elsewhere in Showbiz, this writer mentioned that Ketshotseng's seed mosaics surpassed his paintings and drawings, but unfortunately they are not among the works currently displayed.

Perhaps, the most outstanding painting at the exhibition is Diamonds Of Botswana whose focal point are multi-coloured diamonds shown 'dripping' from a gourd surrounded by traditional kitchen utensils, including pots and baskets.  This is a piece that the artist once entered in a national exhibition and it got a mention in some of the local papers. Ngwao Boswa is another piece that depicts diamonds, traditional pots and gourds and this clearly shows that the young artist loves incorporating these items into his representational works.
