Enabling young entrepreneurs in cultural heritage tourism

Gobe Matenge and Ish Handa sponsored an event at Phakalane to introduce a new initiative of The Botswana Society (TBS) on cultural heritage tourism and enabling young entrepreneurs in the field.

Professor Fred Morton of TBS introduced the new concept while honorary treasury, Baluki Kgosidialwa, presented the faucal background of the TBS and the new approaches. TBS volunteer, Andrie Mokopakgosi showed a snippet of a film on his work developing a cultural heritage tour of Gaborone and spoke of his unique approach to the city.
Doreen Nteta was director of ceremonies and thanked all who participated from various companies in Botswana and Rusette Auton and her Show group for decorating the launch venue.
