The Gambia joins African queue to leave ICC

The small West African nation joins South Africa and Burundi in withdrawing from the court.
The ICC was set up to try the world's worst crimes but has been accused of unfairly targeting African leaders.
Acting Agriculture Minister, Edwin Dikoloti, is right in saying opening an export-ready facility whilst Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is still spreading would risk getting the whole country blacklisted before a single carcass leaves the door.A ban like that would break the already stressed nation.
