Parliament started on Monday the 4th of July with a debate on the Trade Dispute Bill, among other usual ordinary questions noticed and asked by MPs.

No) (Amendment) Bill and the Rome Statute of ICC Bill. There is an indication that the government may bring more Bills soon for Parliament’s approval.

Prior to the deliberations in the House, the Business Advisory Committee met to discuss the proposed Business of the House. It should be recalled that when Parliament was on recess like it was for weeks before this winter session, it continued its pending business, unlike when there is prorogation where everything pending falls off.
