SADC-PF a regional talkshow?

Failure to transform SADC-PF into a regional Parliament will render it useless in the long run and or at best a regional talkshow. The transformation shouldn't be labelling it a Parliament but fundamental changes whereby states forfeit their sovereignties and allow for regional laws enacted by the regional body to take precedence over national laws for the common good of the region, for instance regional trade.
