Is BDF ready for a biological attack?

Saddam did not just throw out an empty threat, but there was going to be a point when he could use his biological and chemical weapons. To buttress that his threats were not devoid of action, he had earlier used mustard gas on the village of Faluja to suppress the Kurdish uprising. The world watched and seemed less interested. During the Iraq/Iran war, Saddam also used the same weapons and he had always gone unpunished regardless of the existing international treaties that clearly banned the use of such weapons. Botswana Defence Force (BDF) is currently battling with some unidentified skin infections, which have halted training at both Pandamatenga and Paje. Outbreaks in training camps have happened before in this country and elsewhere. Military barracks are ideal for such communicable diseases because soldiers live in close proximity in that environment.
