Zakhem, Shah ousted from BFL board

Botswana Football League (BFL) shareholders (clubs) reportedly ushered in a new leadership at a special meeting held in Palapye over the weekend.

The shareholders reportedly resolved to remove board chairperson, Nicholas Zakhem as well as board member, Jagdish Shah.

Masitaoka chairperson, Godfrey Ratlhaga has been elected as the new chairperson while Tumelo Toteng, TAFIC chairman replaced Shah on the board. The decision comes in the wake of reported tensions within the BFL, which have been building up for quite some time.
